Every order ships free via Royal Mail Tracked across mainland UK. No minimum spend, no hidden charges at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched within 48 hours. Every device is unboxed, configured with GrapheneOS, re-locked, and repackaged before it leaves our workshop — that configuration step is why dispatch isn't instant.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

30-Day Return Window

You can return any device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no reason required. The device must be in its original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging included.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and we'll issue a prepaid returns label within one working day. Pack the device securely in its original box.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned device.

What Voids the Return

Physical damage beyond normal inspection, missing accessories, or a device that's been reset to a custom OS build outside our supported GrapheneOS configuration may affect your refund amount.

If your device develops a genuine fault, it's covered by the full manufacturer warranty in addition to your statutory rights. Contact us first — in many cases we can resolve software-related issues remotely without needing a return.

For confirmed hardware faults, we'll arrange a prepaid return and either repair, replace, or refund the device depending on the nature of the fault and how long you've owned it.

Faults caused by accidental damage, liquid ingress, or unauthorised modification outside our supported GrapheneOS setup are not covered under warranty.
